We started over 35 years ago as a Design Build company specializing in native plants, specialty gardens, and restorations with sustainable management in mind. Today we offer landscape and horticulture education and consulting services including site evaluations, plant identification, plant selection, and management plans.

Robert Welch

  • Program Director and Professor for 35 years at Lansing Community College, Lansing Michigan.
  • Developed and wrote courses for associates degree programs in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Geographic Information Systems, and Precision agriculture.
  • Developed courses for General Motors (GM), Dart Container, and Amay
  • Professor of Development and Training, Western Michigan University Grounds Department
  • Grant development, Professor Kalamazoo Valley Community College
  • Grant development and administration with National Science Foundation, Department of Energy, United States Department of Agriculture, and many State grants.
  • Former President of the Wildflower Association of Michigan
